Super easy chocolate croissants

These bit size chocolate chroissants are morsals straight from heaven.  Serve them warm and watch them disappear in a flash.


The best thing is how easy they are to make so you won't have to wait long for a second batch!

Step 1:

Take a sheet of frozen puff pastry and thaw.

Step 2:

Using a pizza wheel, knife or similar item slice nine even pieces into the pastry.


Place a small pile of chocolate bits in the centre of each square.

Step 3:

Roll each square diagonally into a little tube.

Step 4:

Bend each tube into a crescent shape with the overlapping triangle at the top.


Place on baking paper and cook according to instructions.


Tip: to add a golden glaze to your croissant, crack an egg into a cup with a dash of milk.  Whisk with a fork and brush lightly over the croissant before baking.

Step 5:

Serve warm and enjoy!
